No. 3 Waverley answers with ten house-sized residences positioned at the top of the local offer, addressed to people trading down in footprint but not in standard.
A muted olive and warm timber palette, a serif wordmark anchored by the Nº3 numeral, and verdant photography of the Darebin corridor carried that frame across renders, floorplans, the display suite, and a responsive website pricing from $2.1M.
Targeted advertising drew qualified interest, and six of the ten apartments have sold.
