Two loft residences at 46 and 48 Little Smith Street, set behind a retained heritage shopfront, each entered privately from a bluestone laneway off Smith Street.

The work reads as contemporary loft rather than heritage pastiche: handmade Krause brick, spotted gum, honed bluestone and brass, with SoHo-style metalwork and deep-set glazing.

The brand paired a swallow mark with a restrained serif across brochure, floorplans and campaign. Each home holds a garage, private lift, full-floor primary suite and rooftop, 248 square metres at No. 48. Positioned as two separately held houses with no strata, not apartments.

State-of-the-art design, content and strategy.
